AHRC Starz Special Olypmic Training Clubs

AHRC has Volunteer Coaches supporting about 90 AHRC Starz athletes in 5 Special Olympic sports: Softball, Basketball, Bowling, Bocce and Athletics (Track and Field). 

Each club meets for a minimum of 8 weeks and participates in regional and state competitions.  They are a part of the Long Island Region Special Olympic Training Clubs.  Additional Volunteers are always needed to support the addition of new athletes and new sports.  (See AHRC Volunteer Program)
