Brookville Day Program & Anchor Avenue Day Hab

Individuals with a need for more support receive adult day services at the Brookville program.  Clinical support is provided on site.  Small staff to individual ratio is provided.  Individuals work on their individual goal plans in order to become more productive and effective.  Individuals who have intense clinical needs are provided with services in a day setting which is also offered in Brookville.  Also occupational therapy, physical therapy, nursing, speech, and psychological services are provided for through an inter-disciplinary team approach.
