Entitlement

At AHRC Nassau, we realize that families often have difficulties obtaining guidance in applying for government benefits. As a result, we created an Entitlement Unit to assist with benefits planning as well as the application process for various programs.

Our Entitlement Unit is available to answer your questions and concerns regarding Medicaid, Medicaid Buy-in, Food Stamps, Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI).

Once an applicant has been accepted to one of our programs, we provide Medicaid Representation free of charge for the purpose of maintaining continued eligibility.
