Home/Community Based Program

The home/community based program offers education and therapeutic services to children 0-3 through the Early Intervention Program. Home/community based services for preschool children are available through referral from local school districts.

Upon referral from the school district in which the child resides, school age children can be provided with in home services as well as alternative community based services.
