In-Home Respite Program (21 and over)

AHRC Nassau's In-Home Respite Program provides supervision and companionship to developmentally disabled adults in their home. This program is available through an OMRDD grant to 20 individuals over 21 years of age who have a priority need for residential placement. It provides support for these individuals and their families while they wait for a permanent housing situation.
