Primary Medical Care

The Advantage Care Diagnostic and Treatment Center provides primary medical care which will include a wide range of health services, focusing on the prevention and treatment of disease that have the greatest impact on the health and well being of the children and adults we serve.

Medical services for adults will include, but are not limited to:

• Comprehensive interview and evaluation of medical history;
• Examination and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions;
• Review of laboratory testing
• Immunizations;
• EKG;
• Coordination of care with other physicians and/or service providers concerning the medical status of the individual

Pediatric Services

• Comprehensive interview and evaluation of medical history
• Examinationand treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions
• Well visits, school and camp physicals
• Physician on call and in close communication nursing staff
• Review of laboratory data ordered and received, including genetic testing
• Venipuncture
• Desensitization
• Immunizations
• EKG
• Coordination of care with other physicians
• Communication with nursing staff, school psychologists, speech therapists and occupational therapists
