Our Vision

AHRC will continue to be dedicated to our caring tradition of serving individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. We will continually try to advance our methods and standards of services to reach their goal. We will achieve this vision by striving to:

  • Be a premier provider of services for children and adults with developmental disabilities.
  • Serving as a model for research, education and the training of tomorrow's health care professionals.
  • Take a leadership role as advocates for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
  • Maintain an innovative organization which is responsive to the changing needs of our individuals.
  • Develop the necessary human and financial resources to fulfill our mission.

Our  Guiding Principles

  • Promote opportunity and support dreams.
  • Demonstrate courtesy and respect in every interaction.
  • Foster a diverse culture where talents, ideas and potential are valued.
  • Work together to achieve excellence.
  • Act responsibly with kindess and compassion.

Mission Statement
