AHRC Foundation continues its mission of improving the lives of children and adults with developmental disabilities across Long Island.  The Foundation supports pre-school inclusion, respite and recreation, job readiness and employment opportunities, health and dental care, guardianship and legal services.

Ways to Get Involved:

  • Register to participate in the Golf Tournament
    ($475 per golfer, each golf registration includes Brunch, Golf, Grill, Awards Dinner Buffet and a $135 tax-deductible contribution)
  • Register to purchase an Awards Dinner Reception Ticket
    ($175 per person, does not include any tax-deductible contribution)
  • Become a Sponsor – There are various levels of sponsorship

This seminar provides an overview of the benefits and entitlements that are available for family members with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Learn the steps necessary to obtain them, the rules that should be followed to maintain them, and the importance of getting just one dollar of Supplemental Security Income (SSI). The seminar leaders work every day to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities get their maximum benefits.
