From the Desk of the Executive Director

As a country, we watched Mr. George Floyd pass. We closely followed a murder trial and witnessed a conviction. The legacy of Mr. Floyd should reflect a renewed and vigilant call to action. As neighbors, fellow citizens and people of different backgrounds and experiences, we can choose a better future. It will require work as individuals. It will require new ways of operating within organizations and government. It will require constructive conflict, opportunities and new ideas. It will be a process, but one well worth the effort. We are committed to this future as individuals and as an agency dedicated to advancing dignity and respect for all.
