Re: Union Ballot Count
Thank you to all our DSPs who mailed in their ballots to make sure your vote will be counted about being represented by the United Food & Commercial Workers Local 888 Union.
We were informed this week that the mail-in ballots for the union vote will be opened and counted in person at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) Region 29 Office in Brooklyn on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 10:00 am. Representatives for AHRC Nassau and for the union will be present to witness the ballot opening and count.
We expect to know the results of the election later that day, and we will be sure to share the outcome with all of you.
