CONTEST RULES

All Employees, Companies, and People attending Programs may enter.

This year at Wheatley Farms and Arts Center we are creating a tractor display with a holiday twist for our “Frost and Farm Fest 2024.” Please fill out registration form above no later than November 20^th, 2024.

All display must be weather resistant and constructed to withstand the weather and natural elements.

Entrants may create either:

Option A: Incorporate the bale of hay into your design which we will supply. You may create a winter themed display that is representational of our farm, winter or your favorite December holiday.
Option B: Using the bale of hay as a tabletop. You may create winter themed display that is representational of our farm, winter or your favorite December holiday.
- Holidays such as: (Winter Solstice, Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, Christmas, New Year’s)
- Feel free to include our farm animal names in your display (Caspian, Mork, Pinky, Fonzi, Belle, etc.)
Displays will remain up until December 20^th, 2024.No perishable goods should be included in your display as they will remain outdoors for about 3 weeks during the viewing. Please use battery powered or solar lighting as electricity WILL NOT be available.
Hay bales which will be provided upon request if they are being incorporated into your display – Option A. If you are choosing to create a tabletop display – Option B you will be notified of your hay bale’s location and set up date at 211 Wheatley Farm and Arts Center. You and will be given a time to set up your display there on top of your hay bale.
Displays should be able to freely stand. Please bring a photocopy of your registration form when you are dropping off your display.
Entries must not be wider than 5 feet wide. Displays should be labeled with your team/site name and contact number on the back of your display. Entries must be dropped off at 211 Wheatley Farms and Arts on Dec. 2^nd, and 3^rd from 10am to 2:30pm. All entries will be assigned a number at drop off and it will be attached to your display. A map of display locations by number will be posted on the day of the event. Winners will be selected in the following categories: Most Farm Friendly Resources Used, Most Festive Display, Best Display Entry made by our Employee, Company and Program Entries.

Fill out registration form above no later than November 20th, 2024 to enter.
A photocopy of the registration form must be handed in to receive materials.
Entries must be dropped off at 211 Wheatley Farms and Arts on Dec. 2nd, and 3rd from 10am to 2:30pm.
Winners announced and prizes awarded at The Frost and Farm Fest @Wheatley Farms and Arts 2024.
All display must be weather resistant and constructed to withstand the weather and natural elements as they will remain on display for weeks.
