Self-advocates from AHRC Nassau called out to lawmakers to #SaveOurServices on Wednesday, December 9, at 11 a.m. on Zoom, presented by NYC FAIR, L.I.A.N.D.D., and the NYC Developmental Disabilities Councils: Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island, ENYDDA, and NYADD. In the weeks leading up to the event, they prepared signs and calls to action to show their support at the event.
