This curiosity drives Aquino and his team in the Wheatley Farms kitchen, as they prepare a wide range of delicious dishes.
Percival is responsible for ensuring food is safely and properly prepared for program participants and staff. He directs staff and participates in the preparation, serving and transporting of food for special and/or recurring catering events. He also manages and oversees all culinary services divisions, including but not limited to Wheatley Farms.
Percival is also responsible for the strategy and creation of best practice models for culinary services. Percival holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Baruch College and has experience managing corporate kitchens prior to AHRC and Wheatley Farms.
