Wheatley Farms & Arts Experience
Wheatley Farms & Arts Center welcomes people to connect through education, learning, and shared experience rooted in nature, the arts, and wellness.
Opened in Fall 2022, this 2.5-acre Center includes a farm landscape, clubhouse, greenhouse, and farmhouse, and serves as a welcoming gathering place for community. The Center fosters connection through hands-on learning in gardening, creativity, movement, and stewardship of the land.
Wheatley Farms & Arts offers a range of learning-based and community-centered programming. This includes hands-on gardening and horticulture, with activities such as seasonal planting, composting, harvesting, and caring for the landscape. People also engage in animal care, including feeding, grooming, and tending to ponies, ducks, rabbits, and goats.
Additional opportunities include music, movement, meditation, and the arts, supporting mindfulness, wellness, and creative expression. The Center also participates in community give-back initiatives in partnership with local organizations, creating opportunities for shared service and deeper community connection.
People supported through day services may participate in programming at Wheatley Farms & Arts Center. Whether through Person Without Walls (PWW) supports or site-based services, these experiences are designed to support growth, purpose, and lifelong learning.
Wheatley Farms & Arts Center is a living learning community—rooted in care, creativity, and collaboration—where education and connection grow side by side.
